ConfigHub Documentation

ConfigHub is a System of Record for Kubernetes configuration, infrastructure configuration described using the Kubernetes Resource Model, and application configuration files in standard formats like YAML, JSON, Properties, TOML, INI, Env, etc.

ConfigHub provides an:

  1. Interoperable single source of truth, API, and control plane for tools, automated systems, internal developer platforms, AI agents, operators, developers, security, FinOps, etc. – all reading and writing the same governed configuration data.
  2. Centralized configuration data change management facilitated by database operations, such as queries, functions, and bulk operations; interfacing with Kubernetes, Crossplane, and GitOps. Enables immediate operational changes and vulnerability fixes.
  3. Governance layer with validation, centralized policy management, version history, and rich metadata about configuration and config changes.

ConfigHub makes it easy to configure software deployments across multiple environments with API-based tools rather than templates or other generators.
