Pattern matching with LIKE/ILIKE uses % and _ wildcards. Regex operators (~, ~*, !~, !~*) support POSIX regular expressions. Examples: "Slug LIKE 'app-%'", "DisplayName ILIKE '%backend%'", "Slug ~ '^[a-z]+-[0-9]+$'"
